Chicken Curry Recipe!

Seen as my home made Chicken Curry turned out so well last week I thought I'd share it here.. First though let me just say, although I love cooking, it also terrifies me. I get so paranoid that I'm going to undercook something and poision my family but you can't really go wrong with this!

For the curry you will need!

Diced Chicken Breast - I used 5 breast but I was cooking for 5. If I was only cooking for Anthony & James I would have used 3.

Chillies - Depending on how hot & spicy you want it!
Garram Masla powder
Chicken seasoning
Tandoori curry paste
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste

In a frying pan, place a little oil and heat. Dice the Onion and add to the pan along with the Garlic and Ginger.

Heat on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add your chillies, 1tsp of Turemic, half a tsp of Garram Masla Powder. Then add a heaped tablespoon of chicken seasoning and a level tsp of the curry paste.

Pour in the chopped Tomoatos
Bring to the boil and leave to simmer. When it turns a browny orange colour add the diced chicken! Leave on a medium heat for around 40 minutes. You'll know when it's cooked because the oil will come to the surface.

For the Rice you will need -

1 tsp of Green seeds
Balsamic Rice

In a saucepan heat a little oil. Once it's hot, add the diced onion and Green seeds.

Cook for 2 minutes and then add the peas.

Add 2 glasses of water and bring to the boil.

Once boiling, add a glass of washed rice.

Put a lid on the saucepan and leave to simmer until all the water has been absorbed. Try not to be tempted to take the lid off!

Once it's cooked.. Serve and enjoy!

I didn't take any photos whilst I was cooking mine but trust me, it's delicious!
